Repost. This is probably one of my best photos and certainly one of my favorites. The shot was fun to setup and take, although I went through about a roll of film before I was satisfied. There were a lot of kids at the pool that thought I was some moron, and I am sure their parents thought I was a pervert of some sort. Anyway, the photo is all natural, with the only modifications being some cropping and minor color correction. The reflection on the sunglasses really is the water.

Guten Tag!

Yes, the whole experience was interesting. "Mommy, why is that man taking pictures of a rubber duck?" "I don't know Johnny, maybe he is a pervert...you make sure you stay away from him." "OMG, thats our neighbor! We need to move Harold!" "Do the police know you are doing this?"

Hehe. By the way, I lived in Germany for about 12 years when I was growing up. I would kill for some fresh brotchen or a giant sack of those kinder eggs.

Great picture. I love the way it's set up. Mr Ducky looks incredibly happy. I have a rubber ducky too but mine's dead.
